Alberta Premier Jason Kenney says COVID-19 health restrictions will lift on July 1. He says with more than 70 per cent of the eligible population (12 and older) receiving at least one dose, it’s safe to return the community and economy to pre-COVID normality while keeping an eye on case numbers and the Delta variant.
