The commander of the Canadian Armed Forces is calling on the country to rally behind the military as it faces an unprecedented personnel crisis. Gen. Wayne Eyre says the fact around 10,000 positions are sitting unfilled is making it more difficult for the military to conduct missions overseas and requests for help at home.
