Conservative MPs questioned Emergency Preparedness Minister Bill Blair Monday about whether the government will allow a newly announced inquiry to examine evidence that falls under cabinet confidentiality. That inquiry must be called under provisions of the Emergencies Act, and a final report will be submitted to government by Feb. 20, 2023.
