A stabbing rampage in Saskatchewan has left 10 people dead and 18 others injured. In the village of Weldon, Ruby Works stopped to place flowers outside the home of one of the victims, identified by several residents as 77-year-old Wes Petterson. Works says the attacks have shattered the community.
