Quebec premier wants police to issue more COVID-19 fines
Quebec Premier Francois Legault said Wednesday he has asked the province's police forces to issue more tickets to people violating COVID-19 regulations as the number of cases in the province continues to rise. Legault said he's also worried about the rising number of hospitalizations in the province, which has led to surgeries and other procedures being delayed.
