UKRAINE PLANE CRASH SUIT
FILE -- An anti-aircraft defense missile C-75 that Ukrainian military is armed with is seen on this file photo made during military training in the Ukrainian Crimean peninsula Oct.12, 1999. On Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2007, a Ukrainian court has upheld a ruling that Russian investigators failed to prove that a Ukrainian missile brought down a Russian passenger jet plane in October 2001. The decision came in a lawsuit filed by four Israeli families that sought compensation over the crash of the Tu-154 jet belonging to Sibir airlines, now called S7. It was en route from Tel Aviv to the Siberian city of Novosibirsk when it went down in the Black Sea, killing all 66 passengers and 12 crew members aboard. (AP Photo/ Andrew Kanyshchev, file)
