Quebec Premier Francois Legault says chances are some of the tough measures brought in as part of a 28-day plan ending next week to get the number of COVID-19 infections under control are likely to stay. Legault says with the province reporting a steady 1,000 cases a day and deaths and hospitalizations still high, the odds things will revert back are low.
