Saskatchewan Chief Medical Health Officer Dr. Saqib Shahb is restricting the maximum number of people allowed to gather inside someone's home from 30 down to 15 starting on Friday. He says the past weekend saw a dramatic spike in COVID-19 cases with many of the infections tied to public and private gatherings.
