Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says he is confident provinces will join the federal government in fighting anti-Indigenous racism in the health-care system. Indigenous Services Minister Marc Miller had suggested Ottawa would use its financial leverage over health care to ensure improvements, but Trudeau says he does not want to leap to any conclusions about what might happen if that is not the case.
