Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says Canada will increase its defence spending in the wake of promises from NATO members to speed up their budget efforts. Trudeau also says that a deal to earn ongoing parliamentary support from the federal New Democrats won't prevent his government from spending more on areas like the military.
