Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says Canada can play a modest role in helping European and other countries kick their dependence on Russian oil and gas. Speaking to reporters after a day of meetings about the war in Ukraine, Trudeau says the pivot away from Russian oil in the short term should give way to the long-term goal of weaning the world off fossil fuels.
