B.C. premier says self-isolation rules won't bend for NHL playoffs
Premier John Horgan says he's pleased Vancouver is in the running for a possible NHL playoff hockey site, but the province is not prepared to waive rules requiring people to self-isolate for 14 days when arriving in B.C. from outside Canada. Horgan says he's spoken with NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman about Vancouver being a playoff host, but the league has not provided any official plan to the government.
