A shooting in downtown Ottawa this morning has left one person dead and three seriously injured. Neighbour Kacey Griffiths, who was clearly shaken by the shooting, says she did not hear the gunfire but did see police search the building and two victims taken away in ambulances. She also saw paramedics working on a third person.
