As the second massive income-support program the federal government has for people affected by COVID-19 takes applications, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says people can't receive both. Anyone who has been getting the $500-a-week Canada Emergency Response Benefit but goes back to work thanks to the new federal wage subsidy should put the CERB money aside because they're going to have to pay it back.
