Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer says the federal government should present a national plan for reopening the economy after the COVID-19 shutdown to avoid a patchwork of different approaches across the country. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says provinces need to do what's appropriate for their situations, but Ottawa will help to co-ordinate as they begin loosening restrictions.
