An exasperated Speaker Anthony Rota contended with a new threat in an online meeting of the House of Commons Tuesday: interruptions that a recognized speaker can't easily talk over. Rota raised the prospect of muting MPs who talk over each other and MP Michelle Rempel Garner challenged his right to do it.
