Environment Minister Steven Guilbeault says there is "potential" at crucial United Nations climate talks, known as COP26, for the world to agree on a global price on pollution. He says Canada's price on pollution is among the most ambitious in the world and it is the only major oil and gas producer to place a cap on the industry's emissions.
