Federal leaders on the campaign trail Thursday reacted to a sexual assault charge being laid against Maj.-Gen. Dany Fortin, the former head of Canada's COVID-19 vaccine rollout. Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau declined to comment on Fortin's allegation that his removal from the position was politically motivated, but Trudeau says the culture needs to be transformed in the Canadian Armed Forces.
