Maj.-Gen. Dany Fortin says he does not know the details of the allegation against him after he was charged with sexual assault, despite repeated requests from his legal team. He says his family and he have been living a nightmare for three months of not knowing the nature of the allegation, the status of the investigation and whether or not he'd be charged.
