AURORA. x--08s. Police say they have dismantled an alleged criminal organization that operated for about three decades in the Greater Toronto Area and Italy. York Regional Police Chief Eric Jolliffe says 15 people, including the alleged crime boss, have been arrested in the 18-month investigation dubbed "Project Sindacato." He says 12 more arrests were made in Italy.
