Canada acquires 35M Pfizer booster shots for next year
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says Canada has reached an agreement with Pfizer for 35 million booster doses for next year, and 30 million in the year after. Trudeau also says that Canada took the step to suspend fights from India and Pakistan for 30 days after seeing a "disturbing pattern" of a much higher case load from those countries.
