Canada will start to receive two million doses of COVID-19 vaccines each week this spring, letting provinces speed up their immunization campaigns. Maj.-Gen. Dany Fortin, who heads logistics for the Public Health Agency of Canada, says starting in April each of Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna will ship about one million doses to Canada every week.
