Military and public health officials are conducting a "dry run" to be ready to get the Moderna vaccine to Canadians as quickly as possible. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and officials say they are also seized with making sure the largest immunization campaign in Canadian history is secure in the face of sabotage or other threats.
