B.C. is forecasting a budget surplus of $5.7 billion, an amount five billion dollars higher than the $706 million surplus projected in September. Finance Minister Selina Robinson says the B.C. economy has been performing strongly but she's issuing cautions about global inflation trends and rising interest rates.
