Police have broken up a demonstration in front of Georgia's parliament. Demonstrators were out in force trying to block the entrances to the Parliament in order to prevent lawmakers from leaving the building. Georgia’s parliament was debating a second reading of a proposed law that would require media and non-commercial organizations to register as being under foreign influence if they receive more than 20% of their funding from abroad.
